His Name is Hassan Syed
The EntertainerLimitless thoughts and actions. Making music that stimulates, entertains, and brings together his fans worldwide and at the largest scale possible.
F1rstman is a born entertainer who sets, pursues, and achieves his ambitions on his own terms and with full force. The 31-year-old F1rstman, real name Hassan Syed, grew up in The Hague, The Netherlands, but was born in Lahore, Pakistan. When F1rstman was 3 years old, he came to The Netherlands, and when he was six years old, he learned to play percussion instruments.
Not long after, he came in contact with musical theater. “My drama teacher decided to sign me up for auditions for Joop van den Ende musicals, and then I was cast for the role of Simba in 'The Lion King'.”

A Solo Artist Emerges
His brother was the eventual reason F1rstman started to make music. His brother’s group of friends arranged a studio which allowed him- as the first in The Netherlands- to make danceable rap music under the name NGS Entertainment.
Where the friend group was more focused on making money, F1rstman wanted to prove himself and come up higher, which led to his decision to continue as a solo artist.

A Desi-Scene Revolutione
F1rstman has since grown into an influential pivot in the international Desi-scene. The videoclip of the Bollywood version of his hit “Round & Round” was viewed over 1 million times within the first 3 weeks.
F1rstman brought British Desi- legends together for his mega-hit “Dance” and saw how the effective way in which he brings together modern club beats and classic Arab and Asian melody lines, and sounds was massively adopted in the scene.

Unveiling Nature's Musical Essence
Embarking on an Elemental Journey
In 2023, F1rstman kicked off his very ambitious release project. In a span of two years, F1rstman will take you on a journey from element to element, from place to place, from vibe to vibe & wave to wave.
The concept was created after one of F1rstman’s writer’s camps in late 2022 where they created so much great music. To get every track the exposure it deserves, F1rstman came up with a two-year release plan from which the first EP ‘Grounded’ was released mid-2023.
A total of four EPs will be released before the end of 2024. The EPs are linked to the four nature elements Earth, Water, Air, and Fire and will all consist of six songs and two music videos. Each element represents a different sound, vibe, season, and destination. F1rstman explains why he chose the four elements of life: “I believe that these elements are significant in life. Each one of them brings a life lesson with it. Cherish these four elements and find the right path to happiness & success.”
